Our main activities can be divided into the following functions: On-boarding, Talent Acquisition, Training & Compliance and Medical Claims.
Our On-boarding Team administers Seafarers from different nationalities who are employed on-board Princess Cruises, Holland America, Seabourn and P&O Australia .
Our Talent Acquisition Team constantly recruits highly specialized Deck and Technical Officers and Crew globally.
In addition, we recruit Seafarers to be deployed on-board Princess Cruises into various Hotel Departments, such as Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Photo etc.
Our Training and Compliance Team is fully committed to keep its Officers and Crew continuously trained and updated in order to comply with Company and Statutory requirements.
In view of this, we constantly ensures that Officers and Crew attends professional training courses on regular basis at our in-house Training Centers.
Our Medical Team, together with Company authorized doctors provide the best support and assistance to our Seafarers under medical leave.
